RENTAL POLICIES AND SERVICES

These policies are set forth to assure that we provide you the type of service you expect and deserve. Your understanding and cooperation with these polices are greatly appreciated.

DAMAGE WAIVER:

Damage waiver is NOT insurance. Damage waiver is a calculated percentage on every item rented. Damage waiver is for accidental damage to the rented item(s) including fire, windstorm. Waiver does not cover loss due to theft, burglary, misuse or abuse or any other loss due to failure to care for the rental item(s) while under contract.

DELIVERY/PICKUP:

We offer this service to most anywhere in the Central Texas area and the cost is calculated depending on the area. Service to surrounding areas available. Delivery and Pickup orders must be scheduled well in advance and are due and payable one week prior to event. Deliver and pickup quotes are figured to a first floor entry level, dock, or driveway near garage. Other arrangements can be made in advance to delivery for additional charges. All equipment will be stacked in one central location and it must be stacked back in the same location for scheduled pickup failure to do so will result in additional labor charges. Equipment cannot be left out in the weather/sprinkler system period!
SETUP & TAKEDOWN: We are able to setup and/or take down any of our rental items for additional fees and must be prearranged and paid for in advance.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS:

A 25% nonrefundable deposit of total invoice is required to reserve any and all items to assure availability. The remainder to be paid two days prior to event date one week prior to delivery events. Reservations are for a specific date and can be rescheduled with same deposit however all deposits and monies paid are not refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

CORRECT COUNTS/LOSS/DAMAGE:

Count your order upon taking possession! We double count each order to avoid mistakes. You are accepting the count when signing the contract, and will be charged for any missing items upon return. RESPONSIBILITY is the renters once they take possession of said equipment.

PRICING:

ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE! Most prices are for a onetime event and we understand and allow pickup a day early and return the day after the event unless it is a Holiday or a Sunday then return the day after.

RETURN OF EQUIPMENT:

Ready to use our items are pre-cleaned and sterilized. Return all equipment in the manner it was furnished, all flatware, dishware, glassware and serving equipment be returned clean, dry, and in containers they were received in. Linens, napkins and skirting must be returned dry and clean of food and trash like paper napkins, empty sugar packs or decorative confetti. Do Not fold or bag wet Linens let air dry prior to pack or bagging cloths
Tent Policies.

MAKING RESERVATIONS:

All tent reserved will require a deposit depending on the size of the tent. Tent rentals must be paid in full one week prior to delivery and installation. Tent deposits are non-refundable, rescheduling is allowed. Tent rentals are only available and reserved when deposit has been received and contract has been signed. Reserved tents and any accessories are immediately removed from our available inventory and therefor no longer available to other customers which could result in lost revenue and this is why deposits are non-refundable.

WEATHER:

When severe weather threatens the area please evacuate the tent as they are temporary structures not built to with stand high winds, hail and lighting. Do not seek shelter in tents during such conditions. To ensure safety for all involved Centex Rentals reserves the right to cancel or dismantle any tent do to extreme weather. Client should be aware of upcoming weather and take precautions for friends and family by directing them out and away from the tent structures.

TENT INSTALLATION:

Installation of a tents can be on most any surfaces with the correct equipment and experienced crew members. However to assure the correct safest installation other expenses may occur for properly securing the structure, however this is usually figured in during the reservation procedure.

PREPARATION FOR INSTALLATION:

We offer a walk through prior to delivery of tents to assure the area and or the tent is the correct size needed. This is a courteous service at no additional and no commitments.

DAMAGES:

Centex Rentals has highly qualified and experienced tent installers and delivery drivers to assure the protection of your property. However during the delivery, installation and removal process Client agrees to release Centex Rentals of any liability for any damage to any property during delivery, installation and removal of equipment on said property. This includes, but is not limited to ruts in grass, cracks or scratches to surface of the installation of equipment and/or high wind related damages.
